Prices are inclusive of local taxe de sejour, electricity, water and cooking gas and bed linen but not heating or towels. The cottage
MUST be thoroughly cleaned at the end of your stay otherwise a minimum charge of £30 will be deducted from your security
deposit. A £200 security deposit will be taken at the time of paying the final balance.

A rural cottage holiday is not for everyone. The area is quiet, there are no bars or restaurants within walking distance, the coast is a 1 hr drive. You will
be staying in the grounds of a French family who speak little or no English. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the accommodation or area,
please express these before booking - we will be honest. It is very important to Eric and Marie and Chris and Wendy as their friends, that all guests
enjoy their stay but also that they respect the accommodation and the grounds.
1. Phone or email to confirm availability and reserve the cottage.
2. Complete the booking form, making sure you read the booking conditions, print out, sign and post with your £200 deposit Payable to
‘Wendy Blakeman'. Wendy will give you the address when you contact us to book. Alternatively you can print, scan and email the form and pay by bank
transfer, details will be given on booking.
3. On receiving your form and deposit we will send you a confirmation of your booking . Until you receive this, the booking is not firm.
4. Twelve weeks before your arrival date we will send you a reminder. Full payment is due 10 weeks before your rental period begins.
At this time we will ask for the £200 security deposit.
5. On receiving your full balance we will send directions and a receipt of payment confirmation.
6. If at anytime you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call / email.
