Prices from May to September are inclusive of local taxe de sejour, electricity, water and cooking gas, bed linen and towels but not heating. A
£200 security deposit will be taken at the time of paying the final balance. An initial non returnable deposit of £200 will be taken at the time of

A rural cottage/villa holiday is not for everyone. The area is quiet, there are no bars or restaurants within walking distance, the coast is a 1hr20 drive. If
you have any concerns or questions regarding the accommodation or area, please express these before booking - we will be honest. It is very important
to us that all guests enjoy their stay but also that they respect the accommodation and the grounds.
For summer rentals:
1. Phone or email to confirm availability and reserve the villa.
2. Complete the booking form, making sure you read the booking conditions, print out, sign and post or scan and email with your £200 deposit Payable
by bank transfer to our uk nationwide account or by uk cheque. Full payment details will be given when you contact us to book.
3. On receiving your form and deposit we will send you a confirmation of your booking . Until you receive this, the booking is not firm.
4. Twelve weeks before your arrival date we will send you a reminder. Full payment is due 10 weeks before your rental period begins.
At this time we will ask for the £200 security deposit.
5. On receiving your full balance we will send directions and a receipt of payment confirmation.
6. If at anytime you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call / email.

For winter lets we take a minimum of a 4 week booking. For bookings of 3 months or more we require a 1 month security deposit and payment
a month in advance. Price includes all local taxes. Electricity and water useage is not included in winter lets and will be charged by the taking
of a reading before and after the let. You are required to provide your own bedding and towels and gas after the first bottle. A separate
booking form is required which will be supplied on request.
