| Child Friendly Gites in the Charente Maritime region of South West France |

We have two gite complexes which are specifically set up to
accomodate families with children. The child friendly La Grange du
Moulin and Family friendly Les Vallaies are ideal bases from which to
explore the beautiful Charente Maritime region of south west France.
They both have enclosed swimming pools and large enclosed gardens
filled with toys, swings, sandpit and slide; our La Grange du Moulin
property even has a pirate ship. We have 2 young children (9 & 6yrs)
and we have also been letting out our cottages to families with
toddlers, babies and young children here since 1996, Wendy is a
registered child minder; so we have some experience of what children
of all ages enjoy and what makes their parents holidays enjoyable too.
Its usually the case that if the children are happy then the parents are
too. With 16 years experience of providing family accommodation we
understand what young families need to make their self catering
holiday as relaxing as possible. If the children are entertained it means
you can relax that much more. We also provide far more equipment
than most gites; not just a cot and highchair but steam sterilisers,
changemats, toddler steps, hand blenders - take a look at the list and
if what you want isn't there just ask. It means you can fly without paying
extra baggage charges or if driving, have more room in the car to take
