We have two gite complexes, both managed and maintained daily by
ourselves. The benefits of having other like minded English speaking
families around are numerous: The children are entertained, they
make new friends and will play happily for hours on end, so you can
relax, lie back with a chilled glass of wine and actually read that book
you brought with you. Once the children are in bed you can invite your
neighbours to share the wine and cheeses you bought at the local
market and chat about where you've been. Just like your children,
you'll meet new people and make new friends.
Each site has just a few gites, enough for there to be a good variety of
people and children of different ages but not so many as to be
crowded. There is a very friendly, sociable and safe atmosphere at
both sites, yet you have your own space to escape to as well.

La Grange du Moulin is a group of six cottages with a choice of gites
to suit your needs. One gite sleeping four in two bedrooms, Four gites
sleeping six in three bedrooms and one gite sleeping eight in four
bedrooms. There is a large enclosed garden with swings, sandpit and
slide and an enclosed, heated & alarmed swimming pool plus heated
childrens pool too. Ideal for families with young children as we can
provide much of the equipment required not just cots and highchairs
but booster seats, toddler steps, sterilisers, baby monitor, baby bath,
baby chair and bedguards to name just a few.

France; just an easy 1 hrs drive from the coast and beaches. St Jean d'Angely is a quaint french town with cobbled streets, twice
weekly market, restaurants and bars, several large supermarkets and a great swimming pool centre. La Grange du Moulin and Les
Vallaies are on the edge of rural villages and are surrounded by open countryside, ideal for walks and cycling along quiet country
lanes and tracks.

All the cottages are comfortably furnished and with the needs of young families in mind; stair barriers are standard in all the gites
as is plastic crockery and cutlery and a selection of toys. Each has a modern bathroom with full sized bath and shower attachment.
The kitchens are fully equipped with everything required for a comfortable self catering gite holiday, several have dishwashers too
and there is a communal laundry room (free to use).

Les Vallaies is a group of four cottages and a modern villa standing apart but sharing the group facilities. There are two poolside
cottages sleeping six in three bedrooms and two garden side cottages also sleeping six (one in three and one in four bedrooms)
The Villa sleeps six in three bedrooms. Les Vallaies offers the advantages of a complex but with an element of having more
seclusion and privacy from the other cottages on site. It has an enclosed garden with sandpit, swings and slide and a large heated
swimming pool with beach style sloping entrance and jacuzzi. There is also a large games room with two table tennis tables and a
bar football table, ideal for older siblings to hang out in. We can also provide all the baby and toddler equipment mentioned before
at this site too. All the gites and villas at this complex are equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.
